Meet the Team

Dr. Trina attended East Carolina University, obtaining a Master’s Degree in Audiology. Dr. Bedsaul then obtained her Doctoral degree in Audiology from the University of Florida. She has spent many years actively involved in training and teaching. She was appointed by Governor Easley to the NC Hearing Aid Dealers and Fitters Board, where she served from 2002 until 2008. She has been helping people hear better in NC for 27 years now. Dr. Bedsaul spends much of her time now traveling between her multiple offices in NC helping her Hearing Instrument Specialists provide exceptional care to their patients.

Wyatt has been working with Beltone in the Triad area for over 13 years. Wyatt excels at repairing and troubleshooting hearing aids, He is also very active in the training program with Dr. Bedsaul for their 14 offices. Wyatt is committed to helping his patients with all aspects of their hearing healthcare and is dedicated to providing excellent patient care.

Amanda’s favorite part of being a Hearing Instrument Specialist is the interaction with her patients, and how much improvement she sees in their lives with their hearing aids. She enjoys running, spending time with her family and tackling DIY projects around the house.

Kelsey Simonds

Hearing Instrument Specialist

Kelsey helps in many of our locations with a little bit of everything. She started with us as a Patient Care Coordinator and loves working with the patients so much that she is currently apprenticed and will be taking her state exam to be a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist soon. She enjoys hiking, camping and climbing. Most weekends will find Kelsey spending time with family, friends and her 2 dogs. She also makes the best Snickerdoodle cookies and we like to request them for the office often!

Hearing Care Practitioner

Michael is committed to providing exceptional hearing care to all of his patients and loves helping people discover how the right hearing solutions can change their lives for the better. He enjoys live music (with ear protection!), playing golf as well as attending local minor league baseball and college football & basketball games with his family.
